Although all our yarn shows for 2020 have been cancelled, we are still operating via mail order. The website is being updated regularly and we continue to take custom orders. We are happy to take phone orders but regret we cannot take card payments by phone. We will happily accept cheques by post, but we will need up to 5 working days after receipt for them to clear before shipping your order.
For international customers, deliveries are still taking a little longer than normal due to flight delays, so please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive. Please note: Tracked shipping is NOT included in our standard rates but is available on request - please ask for a quote.
Ordering from IPhones/IPads
We are aware that a very small number of customers using IPhones/IPads have experienced problems when ordering. (No issues have been reported with Windows PCs/Android phones.) This has been reported to our website hosts but sadly they have been unable to determine the cause. Their suggestions are to try using a different browser on your device, clear the cache, refresh the webpage and ensure cookies are accepted.
We apologise if you are affected but we would be grateful if you could please let us know the type of device, model and browser you are using, so that we can pass this information on.
