Returns Policy
Returns for Online Sales
Colours are reproduced as closely as possible but may look a little different on your monitor. If you are not happy with the colour we will be happy to replace it or refund the cost of the yarn, as long as it is returned in excellent, as new condition, unused, in its original skein form and with label(s) intact. Please check your yarn carefully on receipt as returns cannot be accepted at a later date.
You must advise us within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to return the yarn. You will then have another 14 days in which to return the goods to us.
Return postage will not be refunded unless the yarn is faulty or damaged. Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting when returning goods.
Refunds will normally be made via the same means the order was originally paid for, ie direct to your debit/credit card. If preferred we can issue a voucher code to enable you to purchase alternative yarns/colourways to the same value, which would be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
Custom Orders
Refunds for custom yarn orders will only be made at our discretion, unless the yarn is faulty or damaged - in which case normal return conditions will apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee to produce an exact colour match for extra yarn ordered to complete a project, as each dyelot will differ.
Pattern Sales
NB This returns policy does NOT apply to knitting patterns, nor to digital items, eg pattern pdfs, which cannot be returned and for which no refund will be made.
