We had a super show at Olympia over the last four days, including the best single day of trading in our three year history, so a huge thank you to everyone who came to see us.
We always enjoy chatting with fellow yarn enthusiasts and, as usual, lots of people commented on our beautiful colours and soft natural fibres. We also featured some new crochet flower kits, plus Alan's project bags, needle rolls and stitch markers - the owl ones going down a storm as usual.
We've already rebooked for Olympia in 2106 and, as so many people were disappointed that we weren't planning to attend the Alexandra Palace show in October - we've signed up for that one too (now a 5-day show - we'll need to get ourselves fit in time for that one)!!
We arrived home very late and very tired, but buzzing with enthusiasm and basking in the warm glow of the many compliments we received.
Just two days at home now before we head off North of the border for the Edinburgh Yarn Festival this coming weekend.
The show also gave us the opportunity to introduce our latest design - the Mountain Mist Shawl. This was a mystery knitalong on Ravelry throughout February, and as a few of our group members have now completed their projects this was an ideal time to show off our two samples. The pattern is already available via Ravelry and will be available via the website shortly.
