Lindsay Fair Isle Hat Pattern
Lindsay is a unisex hat, knitted in traditional Fair Isle designs. Worked in the round, suitable for those with a little experience, it's a loose, slouchy style with a folded ribbed brim and is finished with a wheel pattern crown. The Fair Isle design is worked from a chart.
Kits containing our hand painted Pure Shetland Jumper Weight 4-ply equivalent (100% Shetland Wool) or Blue Faced Leicester 4-ply (100% BFL Wool) are now available. The two-colour design takes 4 mini-skeins (20g each) of 4-ply in total but can be knitted using more colours if preferred and is ideal for using up small quantities of yarn.
